Hey, I’m Mia — and I know what it’s like to want more from your routine… and your life.

I’m not just a coach — I’ve been through the highs and lows of fitness myself.

I started out as a semi-pro basketballer, chasing performance at the highest level. I loved the structure, the challenge, the feeling of pushing limits. But behind the scenes? I was juggling low self esteem, injuries, burnout, hormonal ups and downs, and constant pressure to “keep going.”

Eventually, the way I was training stopped working. I felt disconnected from my body, low on energy, and stuck in an all-or-nothing mindset.

So, I shifted. I started working with health practitioners, experimenting with different movement styles, and finally building a routine that fit me — not just one that looked good on paper.

And that’s what I do now for other women.

I created Moovement to help women build sustainable, structured routines that feel doable — no matter how busy, tired, or overwhelmed life gets.
We focus on what works:
